Homosexuality, often defined as Gay (men) and Lesbian (women) is a sexual/romantic attraction to the same sex. There is a long standing debate on whether it is by choice or not. I believe it isn't. When it becomes a choice, then it's more likely that the individual is bi-sexual more than anything. But that is my personal opinion. Homosexuality has been accepted and condemed in the history of the human race (accepted: Greeks; condemed: Christian/Catholic/Muslim/etc religions). Now and days, gay men and lesbian woman are free (in most of the places around the world) so live their lives as they see fit, with whoever they want. Some can adopt children and get married.
